Regionality first, then Swissness, then Europe. We primarily support regional producers – under fair conditions for both sides.

We maintain relationship-oriented cooperation with open communication, a positive atmosphere, and high employee satisfaction.
Training
We train chefs, restaurant specialists, and hotel communication specialists. Our industry is only as strong as our expertise.
