VOUCHERS

Vouchers purchased via the Hotel Restaurant Seemöwe AG online shop are generally excluded from exchange and return after purchase. Cash payment is not possible.

Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase. After the validity period expires, the voucher will lapse without compensation.

In the event of proven technical errors or defects in the delivery of the voucher (e.g. non-receipt of the email despite successful payment), please contact us immediately. We will assist you quickly and without complications.

MASSAGE AND SPA BOOKINGS

The following cancellation terms apply to bookings for massages and beauty treatments:

– Cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment: free of charge
– Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment: 50% of the treatment price will be charged
– Failure to attend without cancellation (no-show): 100% of the treatment price will be charged

Rescheduling is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.

ROOM AND HOTEL BOOKINGS

TABLE RESERVATIONS

Table reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the reserved time. In the event of failure to attend without cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee for groups of 6 or more.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used. Processing time is 3–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
